OTHER SPORT COMPETITIONS
Besides these sports, throughout the year recognized competitions are celebrated in the island different.
One of them is the Cicloturística Return the International to Menorca, at the end of October, that organizes the Association Cicloturista de Menorca. It is a race of three stages, for everybody, and whose route varies a little every year, although not too much. The first day is common to realise an excursion of about 40 kilometers, happening through the Mola and is Grau; the second day, the stage reigns, become about 110 kilometers, from Mahón, by the Camí d'en Kane, to Alaior, Is Mercadal and Ciutadella, although to the return when arriving at Alaior it is turned aside towards Are Seine fishing; the third day they are about 65 kilometers, one leaves Mahón towards is Mercadal, and Toro arrives itself at the mount.
At the beginning of October a new edition of the Average Marathon is organized in Ciutadella the International Island of Menorca, accredited test recognized by the athletics federation and that offers prizes in metalist. It is a circuit by the city of Citadel, about 21,097, 5 meters of route.
