The wines of Menorca have geographic denomination of origin Illa de Menorca, and are wines made with the white varieties Chadornnay, Macabeo, Malvasia, Moscatel, Parellada and Moll, and in red Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot, Monastrell, Syrah and Tempranillo. Some of these wines are Binifadet, Hort, Sa Cudia and Sa Forana
